Aspiring Pilots Program - Apply

Thank you for your interest in our scholarship program. The following information is required before completing the online enrollment form. Documents such as your CV and essay will need to be uploaded during the application process. If you are unsure of anything or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 1800 737 800.

What you will need to have ready before applying:

1. An up-to-date resume
2. Your most recent school marks or report
3. A completed essay (Information below)

The Essay:

Early Starters program:
If you are in year 9 or 10 this year you will need to submit a 500 word essay on the following topic:

50 years ago this year saw a few major aviation and aerospace achievements: The first flight of a Boeing 747 and the Concorde as well as the first moon landing. Explain how these events have either positively or negatively impacted the industry.

Career Starters program:
If you are in years 11 or 12 you will need to submit a 750 word essay on the following topic:

Over the past two decades, the flight-deck environment and the responsibility of a commercial pilot has changed significantly. Explore these changes and explain how they have impacted the role of a pilot.
